TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to UK residents only, from 07h00 on 8 October 2007 and closes at 22h00 on 11 October 2007.

2.Employees of Visa Europe Services Inc. ("Visa"), their families, subsidiary companies, agents or anyone professionally involved in the promotion is excluded from entering.

3. Fastest time participant entries will be entered into a draw on 12 October 2007 for the first prize.

4.All participant entries, excluding fastest time entries, will be entered into a draw on 12 October 2007 for the runner up prizes.

5.The prizes consist of : First prize x1: 50 inch plasma screen TV; Runner up prizes x4: top game consoles; Prize includes one delivery per prize to UK resident winner, subject to arrangement with each winner.

6.The winner shall be randomly selected from all correct entries received under independent supervision. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries or entries we do not receive for any reason. Any such entry will be deemed void. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.The winner will be notified by telephone and confirmed in writing by Visa’s promotional agency within 2 days of the Promotion closing date. Winners’ names will be available two days after the Promotion closing date by writing to Ann Wixley, MEC Sponsorship, 1 Paris Garden, London, SE1 8NU.

8.The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event that the prize is unavailable, Visa reserves the right to substitute that prize for one of equal or greater value.

9.In the event that the winner cannot be contacted Visa shall conduct a redraw and the Prize shall go to the runner up.

10.Entrants’ details shall be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion. Entrants’ details shall not be passed to any third parties for commercial purposes.
